Canton/East Sparta KOA
This quiet, rural 400-acre campground, also called the Bear Creek Resort Ranch KOA, boasts a Western flair, including guided horseback rides along wooded trails and pony rides for the littlest buckaroos. For a different ride, steer a paddleboat around the three-acre fishing lake or, in the winter, whoosh down the twin half-mile-long refrigerated toboggan chutes. Plan a visit with your family during one of the many theme weekends. A haunted house, hayride and corn maze make October weekends spook-tacular. Group gatherings are welcome. Directions I-77 to Exit 99. west at Fohl Road, left at Sherman Church Road, 3 miles to Haut, left for 1 mile. Northbound I-77 to Exit 93, left to first stop, right 3 miles to Haut, right 1 mile.
